More About Tereaka

I’ve supported children and adolescents with behavioral challenges, ADHD, anxiety, and depression, and helped parents strengthen their parenting skills. I’ve also worked with adults navigating anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, and life transitions.

In addition to my clinical work, I’ve also held leadership roles overseeing mental health programs, enhancing therapists’ clinical skills, managing staff, and supporting quality care across various settings.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with my husband, binge-watching TV shows, and keeping up with the latest in beauty, fashion, and home décor. I love connecting with others, sharing laughter, and embracing a positive mindset—I like to focus on the solutions rather than problems.

Expanding emotional vocabulary

Encouraging deeper emotional expression beyond just "mad," "sad," or "happy" for greater self-understanding.
